After you complete this initial registration process, as a new user, you will receive an email (usually within 5 minutes) from: Infofsh@FSHIVF.com. This email will have your username and password for the portal. You will enter the patient portal again with the information from the email and complete the patient history section. This will allow our staff to review your history and prepare for your appointment. If you have already made your appointment simply click here to register online. You will receive your username and password in an email.
